The fabric feels like lululemon.

I was looking for spandex-style 5″-ish inseam shorts with pockets to run, hike, kayak, barre, and do anything active in. For something I’m just going to sweat in, I wasn’t interested in paying a bunch.

These are SO silky soft – very “lululemon” feeling! I was shocked but I’m having the same experience as a lot of the other reviewers – I love these!!! I ordered the grey camo, blue leopard, black, and I’m about to order a few more pairs. The inseam length is perfect – about 5″.

I usually wear a 2-4 in pants/skirts and ordered some S and M’s. The small feels better because it’s more snug and spanx-like, but it rolls a bit in the waist and that’s annoying. I do anticipate these will stretch out a bit as I wear them, but I think I’ll go with the Mediums for now. If you have a tiny waist you may like the S, but if you’ve got obliques and less differential between your waist and hip measurement, I think you’ll be happier with the M. I just don’t want to be constantly fussing and unrolling the waistband.

One thing to note is that the side pockets are a bit narrow. I have a Pixel 3 (normal size). it fits in the pocket just fine but I’d imagine if you had one of the “plus” sized phones it would be a squeeze in the pockets.

Overall, these are AMAZING. I love that activewear fashion is becoming practical with pockets!
