I’ve used Urban Decay’s eyeshadow primer for a couple years now and have enjoyed it, but after using this Milani for a few weeks now I LOVE IT.
Can’t live without it.
I’ve tried elf, urban decay, and ABH eyeshadow primers, and I’d choose this one over those.
